Former junior international and state player Krishnamurthy expired today at his residence in Bangalore. He was 62 years of age and left behind his wife, two sons, and three daughters. Krishnamurthy played most of his football for his employer, CIL. He represented Karnataka all thru the 70s in Santosh Trophy, and played for the Indian junior side in Bangkok in 1975.
