Chandrashekar appointed new manager of HAL football team

The Hindustan Aeronautics Sports Club (HASC) Managing Committee has decided to revamp the HAL football team by appointing H Chandrashekar as the Technical Manager of their team. 

Definitely a late wake-up call for the aircraftmen after playing their worst ever football season! 

Chandrasekhar, 55, former HAL footballer is popularly known as Chandru, he has coached HAL in the inaugural season of I-League (formerly NFL). 

Chandru will be responsible for selecting the coach, players, and co-coordinators for the HAL football team. He has been requested to take charge as the Technical Manager with immediate effect for overall development of the football team.
