After scoring record 27 goals in the group qualifiers, Karnataka is all set to play their first quarter-final match against Goa, 2 pm. The state lads are placed in Group A, the other teams in this group are Uttarakhand And Meghalaya.
Winner from each cluster and the 2nd best ranked team have qualified for the quarter-final stage. Karnataka and Meghalaya were tied with same points (7) in Cluster I. Karnataka became the group leader with far superior goal difference, 27 against 9. However, Meghalaya too qualified to the quarter-final by the virtue of the best 2nd ranked team from the 7 clusters.
