Orissa Routs Out Karnataka in Senior Women’s National Football

Orissa defeated Karnataka hands down in the 18th Senior Women’s National Football Championship at the Khuman Lampak Stadium, Imphal, Manipur on Thursday, March 11.

Orissa got the better of the state eves with a tennis-like score 6-1. With this result, Karnataka crash out of this competition.

The top team from each cluster qualifies for the quarterfinal stage. Karnataka has won one and lost one. Last years 2nd best team, Orissa winning both their games makes to the last-eight stage.
