- Sunday, January 27, 2013 HAL lifts the George Hoover Cup title followed by South United and ASC.South United today needed a win against MEG to lift the Super Division league title. However, they failed to capitalize one man advantage and missed too many chances. Also, brilliant goalkeeping by MEG keeper and bit of luck came on their way.
The champion and runner-up meet again at an exhibition match on Tuesday, January 29 at 3 pm followed by prize distribution ceremony.

Tell you can’t get better than this - championship decided on the final day!
HAL’s draw against KSP has helped the later avoiding relegation, however, the same result has brought the former in a precarious situation, and that might cost them the Super Division league title.
So all eye on tomorrow’s final BDFA Super Division 2012-13 match between South United and MEG. If South United settles for a draw or losses, they are out of the title, staying in runner-up position. A win by them will ensure the Super Division title as they will be tied with HAL in points – 23. Goal difference will come into the picture as South United is way ahead of HAL. - Friday, January 25, 2013
The fight to avoid relegation is really hotting up! DYSS and Students Union already relegated. For 3rd spot a great fight between two state govt. teams KSP and Postal and both are playing tomorrow. Postal needs to beat ADE in the first match tomorrow to stay in contention. What if KSP manages to beat HAL in the next match? Ohh boy, that’ll be the upset of the year! Not only they’ll avoid relegation, they’ll also risk HAL’s league championship.
KGF finished 3-1 as I expected they would. The article in The Hindu (or was it ToI?) was right about KGF starting to find it's feet after their entire team walked away to form SU. Still early days though. KSP's second consecutive defeat. Nice work about the site, man.
